What we do not collect or store: We do not collect or store your full bank account number or any payment credentials. Payment information is entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) on their secure, PCI-compliant systems. We never see or retain those numbers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To facilitate the reservation, listing, and transfer of PSLs between buyers and sellers.
- To process payments and manage funds held in escrow through our payment processor.
- To communicate with you about your transaction, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.
- To verify listings and help guide the official transfer and approval process.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to provide the service:
- Service providers — such as our payment processor (Stripe), any escrow provider, hosting provider, and analytics tools, who process information on our behalf.
- The other party to a transaction — limited details necessary to complete a transfer (for example, information required by the official PSL agent to record a transfer).
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Payment and Escrow
Payments are processed by Stripe, and funds in a transaction may be held by an escrow provider until a transfer is approved and recorded. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
