Transfer timing: The Bills are expected to begin processing PSL transfers in September 2026 (possibly delayed to September 2027), so a deal agreed now may not be recorded in your name until the team processes it. We confirm the seller's license is clear and transferable before any payment, and structure the timing of each deal individually. Buyers are limited to 8 seats per household/address. Dates are set by the team and subject to change.
